Timeline

1988

Born in Texas on January 04, 1988 at JPS Hospital in Fort Worth.

Nicky in foster care after his release from a long NICU stay following his birth.

1988

Nicky placed with his forever family
on Aug. 25, 1988 at 7 1/2 months of age.

Celebration was at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Fort Worth, Texas.

1989

Adoption finalization October 18, 1989.

1991

Started school in Keller, January 7, 1991 at age 3.

1994

Started Jo Kelly School at age 6

2001

Baptism June 3, 2001 at South Hills Christian Church.

Nicky was scared before being taken under water for his baptism

2006

Passed away on March 13, 2006 at the age of 18 from heart failure brought on by complications from cerebral palsy.
